Due to the nature of our services—which include strategy development, digital marketing execution, content creation, and custom digital product development—we do not offer refunds once work has commenced or deliverables have been shared.


2. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds may be considered only under the following specific circumstances:

  • Duplicate Payment: If a client makes a duplicate payment by mistake, the extra amount will be refunded after confirmation.

  • Non-delivery of Service: If the service was not delivered within the agreed timeline and no work has been initiated, a full or partial refund may be issued.

  • Service Not as Described: If the client receives a service that clearly deviates from the agreed scope and we are unable to resolve the issue, a refund may be considered.

Note: All refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.


3. Non-Refundable Conditions

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after payment

  • Delays caused by client in providing required inputs or approvals

  • Dissatisfaction based on subjective preferences after service delivery

  • Custom development, marketing, or consulting services already rendered

  • Subscription or retainership services that have been initiated


4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, send an email to services@shaswatgroup.com with the subject line “Refund Request – [Your Company Name]” and include:

  • Your full name and contact details

  • Invoice number or transaction ID

  • Detailed reason for the refund request

  • Any relevant attachments (e.g., proof of payment)

All refund requests will be acknowledged within 5 business days and processed (if approved) within 10–15 business days via the original payment method.


5. Dispute Resolution

If a disagreement arises regarding the eligibility of a refund, we encourage an open and respectful dialogue to resolve the matter amicably. If needed, the issue may be escalated to our management team.


6. Changes to this Policy

SISS reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on our website.
